My husband and I had an amazing experience with Nielson Auto Repair. We have a very well-loved 2010 sedan that was way past due on some repairs (brakes, CV joint, among other things) after moving to the area and not knowing who we could trust. We took the car to another well-rated mechanic shop (NEARBY) and received a massive quote for things we needed and things we didn't. I knew the car needed work, but also it's almost at 200k miles. We want to be safe, but we also are not trying to get another 10yrs out of it. We came to Nielson for a second opinion and am SO GLAD we did. They got us in the next day because of our urgent brake situation and gave us honest advice on what work was needed and gave us a quote that was more than half the cost of the competitors quote. My car got broken into and had 2 windows shattered. and the NEXT DAY my car was ready. I had oringally been told Friday-Monday. I called them and explained this was my only vehicle for work, they got the job DONE! And let me tell you my car looks amazing. Smoothest process. They came and picked my car up and got it done.
